From this page you can go to the all new Shared file area for the Gang Show Cast and Crew where the process for uploading files is really very easy. Just click on the link above to go to the OneDrive login.
"Sign In" using the email and password that has been given to you and a new window will open with several blue folders as follows:-

1. Cast. which has sub-folders for
   1. For everybody
   2. Junior Gang
   3. Senior Gang
2. Creative Team
3. Documents
4. Programme
5. Public

• Click on the folder where files are to be uploaded to and any sub-folder as required.
• At this point it is a good idea to check current contents and delete any unwanted files.
  • EG previous years documents or songs
• Click on the Upload button
• A standard windows explorer window will open allowing you to choose files. It is possible to choose multiple files rather than do one at a time. Click Open and a pop up will open showing the upload progress. When complete the new files will be shown in the folder and they will be available for download.
• Repeat as required with folders and files.

Use the "breadcrumbs" line above the list of files to go back.

• To delete a file click in the white box in the top r/h corner of the file. Click on the Manage menu item and choose Delete.
• To move files click in the white box in the top r/h corner of the file. Click on the Manage menu item and choose Move. Choose the folder that the file is to be moved to.
