Using the shop is really easy. Just click on the category item on the shop front page to go to the items you are interested in buying. This will take you to to a screen that gives brief information about the item(s). For more detailed information click on the item. This will give you more information such as content, colours, sizes and prices.
Choose any options you may want and enter the quantity and click the "Add to Bag" button. On some products you can see additional photographs to help clarify your choices. Continue to order as you require.
After ordering an item you will see a summary of your shopping bag. You can also see this by clicking on the shopping bag at the top right hand. When you have completed your order, click on Checkout.
You will be given the option to pay by
Pay Pal, which our preferred method (either by using your PayPal account or using a credit/debit card). Please see "Paying the bill" for more information about this.
If you are ordering 10 or more tickets or want to pay by personal cheque you will need to use the paper form and post it to the Box Office, completed and with your cheque.
If you already have an account with the shop you can sign in otherwise you will be prompted to enter address and contact information. All of this is sent over an secure link.
After payment has been processed you will get an invoice emailed to you with your order details.
You order will be processed and completed ASAP. Depending on the items ordered you need to be aware that your order may be a split delivery. Clothing will arrive before tickets and PhotoDisks will arrive after the show. Please see the page about delivery information.
